Located on 34 acres of flat sandy land, our facility is horse friendly and well designed. Our covered arena is 120 X 120 feet with good footing for the horses. There are 19 stalls in the barn. Each stall is 12 X 12 with automatic Nelson waters, individual fans and solid 2 X 8 lumber walls. In addition, there are also turnout lots for exercise and play with 12 X 12 shelters. To help prepare the horses for work we have an automatic horse exerciser. The horse is turned loose in the automatic exerciser (loper) and they are free to move about within their space. The loper goes in both directions to keep the horses evenly exercised.
The barn has a full bath for use by our clients with a large shower. Trailers with living quarters may hook up to the barn and the bathroom is an added advantage for our clients that stay overnight.
